Fall prevention

This fall prevention program has been developed for people aged 65 and older with falls and or people who have an increased risk of falling.

 

The program of the course consists of an intake, 10 lessons of 1 hour, spread over a period of 10 weeks and an evaluation.

Once a week we practice on an obstacle course, in which daily situations are simulated in combination with adapted strength exercises incorporated into sports and game assignments.
